Drying harvested tobacco leaves, is the most bothering phase in the traditional farming, and one of the most narrowest bridge in products' evolving to an industrial product.
Drying tobacco under the sun is one of the biggest obstacle for tobacco farmers due to the labor force it requires, being affected by climatic conditions, and the time consuming fact of the process.
Increasing the capacity by facilitating agriculture; minimizing the need for labour to achieve final product easily, and to be sure of the negative effects of environmental factors, the drying / curing of tobacco leaves should also be industrialized to as much as possible with today's technology.
Tobacco leaves, passing through Yellowing - Matting (Colour setting) - Leaf and Stem Drying - Preparing for Packaging within a controlled temperature - humidity environment, are dried in less time with utmost quality, and the necessity for several handling is omitted in this process.
In a completely closed environment, with the latest technology automation elements, tobacco drying process can be monitored remotely, even from a mobile phone, and intervention and adjustments can be manipulated as necessary.

Filling the leaves to the chambers after arranging them on cassettes.
The exterior of the tobacco drying (curing) chamber is made of sandwich panels with the best thermal insulation capacity so that inside will not be affected by the temperature and humidity changes of the external environment.
Continuously monitored indoor conditions strictly obey conditions (temperature, humidity) set the drying recipe set.

Dried (Cured) Tobacco Leaves
The heat required for drying of tobacco leaves is obtained from natural gas, liquid petroleum gas, fuel oil, solar energy, electricity, solid fuel, depending on the suitability of the place where the tobacco drying chambers will be installed. Heat generators with the highest thermal efficiency are preferred for the most efficient use of energy.
Depending on request, the cabins can be made individually controlled (each cabin with its own independent heat source and controller) or central units (with a central control and central heat source in groups of 5 - 6 - 10 - 12 chambers). The central system is the most ideal in terms of efficient use of space, energy saving and cost of investment..

When harvested tobacco leaves are arranged on metal casettes at the field their filling to the chamber will also be facilitated thus getting benefit of labour for doing such.
